This is a 4-session programme, held once a week on an hourly basis. It provides a safe and open environment to gain knowledge and explore what are the challenges, skills, and tips to be more confident to quit smoking.
Whilst group-based, the session also provides participants with the opportunity to create an individual plan to quit smoking. A range of tools, strategies, and techniques are explored for participants to use at work and in their personal lives.
